My dear friends Mark & Margo welcomed baby Juliet into the world -- while I was on the other side of it. Since returning from Europe, I've been so excited to meet her! This past Sunday, my wish came true.

Juliet is a beautiful baby! Her big blue eyes steal the show.

Looking forward to seeing those pretty blue eyes again soon...

Congratulations and so much love to your growing family, Mark & Margo.

PS: Juliet -- I can't wait to tell you stories about your parents when they were in college!

california has her charms

When Nate met Jen, he decided, for the very first time in his life, that he liked California.

His admiration for the Golden State girl didn't end there -- it took him all the way to one knee at the Trevi Fountain in Rome, where he made Jen the happiest girl in the world.

This past Saturday, Nate & Jen arrived at their long-awaited wedding day. The setting could not have been more beautiful, the ceremony more intimate, or the romance more apparent.

Nate & Jen: your day was perfect. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of it.

You're really, really going to like my friend Nick. Especially if you're getting married.

Nick is my dear friend and creative film genius. His gift is telling stories using very few words... only light, angles, color, and the brilliant movement of moving pictures.

I can't wait to tell you more about Nick, and the exciting things we have in store...

Nick & I are off to film & shoot.

new color

Rachel Elaine found a brilliant sea blue-green-gray paint for my walls. I'm in love.

And now I have something quite pretty in my brilliant sea-blue-green-gray living space: a little vanity. She's beautiful... & practical!

Here you can see -- the very first time I met Cary.

Fresh paint, a space of my own, Bobbi Brown, photos of memories, and flowers on the table: It's these small things that make me happy & at home.
